Privacy 1. Introduction Quickker cares about your privacy we take our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. At the same time, we want to make it easy for you to share the information you choose with other Internet users and friends. We will send one email only to this friend, but we may retain the information in our database to check whether friends accept the invitation. If your friend would like us to delete this information they can contact us. By using Quickker, you agree that your data maybe transferred to and stored in the United States of America as well as the EU and is subject to the Safe Harbor Agreement. 3. Cookies Quickker uses cookies to identify returning visitors and to authenticate registered members. These cookies contain no personal information and are temporary. 4. Children Below the Age of 13 Quickker is not intended for use by children below the age of 13 and does not solicit their personal information. If you believe that a child below the age of 13 of whom you are the parent or legal guardian has registered for the Quickker service, please contact us. 5. Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18 Quickker requires that children between the ages of 13 and 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before registering with Quickker. How We Use the Information We Collect When you register you create your own account and profile and it is up to you what information you share with this. Information is used to store, edit and share your profile and lists. Information you choose to make public, e.g. lists, will be made available to other users of Quickker. Information and lists you enter, including those you do not make public, will be compiled to allow us to conduct profile matching and make recommendations to other users when they search for specific terms, however the actual content you post will at no time by displayed or made public unless you have given permission; private content will always remain private. If you have given us permission to do so, we may occasionally send you emails about new services on Quickker. 7. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties Quickker will not share your personal information with third-party marketers without your permission. Data Security Quickker will take appropriate steps to protect the personal information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features in line with reasonable industry standard practices to safeguard the privacy of your personal identifiable information. Please do not share any of your personal information, such as passwords, with anyone. Quickker cannot be held responsible or liable in any manner for lapses in security caused by third-party accesses to your personal information supplied to us as a result of your failure to keep your personal information private.
